Hi, Friends. Youuuuuhooooooo? Anyone there? Look what I found!

Remember the cartoon of a dog sitting in front of a computer? Dog (Let's just call her Delilah Jane for fun) was talking to her doggie friend and told her 'On the internet no one knows you are a dog'. Well, guess what?

IT'S TRUE! Yep. Delilah Jane Dog Young here. AND I JUST FOUND A REAL BLOG SPACE!!!! I AM EXCITED!!!!!

I first got suspicious that something was going on around here when Mommy was spending way more time than usual on the computer. And then, I learned a couple new words that I don't think I should repeat. Mommy was NOT happy, and kept muttering something about being an old dog and trying to learn new tricks. That just happens to be my area of expertise. Old dog, that is. Maybe not so much with the new tricks, but I'm very good with the tricks I know. And I share. I'm available as a consultant. 24/7. Payment in cookies, thank you very much.

Apparently, I must share this space with her--again. I finally elbowed her out of Facebook and now I have to start all over again, gaining control. She wants a place to create portfolios for her photography, and to be honest, she's needed to get those files organized for years. They are a mess. She has a hard time deleting ANYTHING. I think that is a form of hoarding. Even I know some of those photos she keeps are losers and I'm doggy color blind (which is different than not being able to see color because I can see some like yellow; we'll talk about this some other day because now I can talk and talk and talk and talk and as you know, I've got quite a lot to say!!!)

She's been messing around in this space for days--practicing all kinds of things. Importing, collecting, emailing, linking, and stuff neither of us understands. Pop up windows appear... here come those naughty words again...and then the windows disappear, and take pictures with it she wants to keep. Did you see that post she wrote about blackberries? It had a recipe for blackberry peach pie. Don't make it. A little too 'soupy' in my opininon. It tasted good. (I licked the plate.) The berry part was an interesting story. Who knew a banana is a berry? I'm going to remember that! The picture was OK, too.

Isn't this great? I can add 'blog critic' to my resume!!!

OH WAIT!!! I think I finally 'get' the name of this thing! ANTHOLOGY + APERATURE. The ANTHOLOGY part of this site is MINE MINE MINE!!! (The collected stories.) M.a.y.b.e (maybe) Mommy can write a story or two when I'm outside chasing squirrels or yelling at them from the window. Maybe. Should I make her ask permission? Should there be rules? Help me out here. It's important to make the rules early. The APERATURE part of this site is Mommy's!! (The pictures) We're a TEAM.

I've never been on a team before. I'm making myself Team Leader.
